We want your first experience with MYPB to be worry-free. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

1. Refund Eligibility:

If you like at least 2 flavors, refund will not be processed.

2. Refund Request Window:
Refund requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

3. Proof Required:
To process your request, please:

Share a brief description of the issue (10–15 words).

Attach a photo of the sachets received (if possible).

4. Refund Mode:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
If that fails, we’ll issue via UPI or bank transfer.

5. Non-Refundable Cases:

If you like at least 2 flavors, no refund will be issued.

No refunds on repeat purchases of the same sachet pack.
