Returns

Purchases made from online store of www.MYPB.CO.IN cannot be returned after purchase. In case you receive a Leakage or damaged product, you can raise an enquiry to our communication channel for a refund or replacement. However, that request has to be raised with Valid photo proof of the damaged product within 24 HOURS of product delivery. MYPB reserves all rights to accept or reject return requests.

Refunds

the refund process takes 7-8 days from the day it has been issued we will initiate a refund to your original payment method For Cash on Delivery orders, the shipping + COD charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer service team at {arkaynutrifoods@gmail.com /1800-3091-176} and provide a description of the issue and photos if possible. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

MYPB has all the right to cancel/reject any order in case of malicious, suspicious or fraudulent payment methods. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed according to the company rules and any cancellation charges if applicable will be deducted from the refund. A cancellation request will be processed before shipping the order. If match all condition of our policy, CANCELLED ORDER PAYMENT WILL BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7-8 DAY.
